specialists, the penthouse is located at the heart of the La Manga Club, directly
opposite the Tennis & Fitness Centre and next to the Par 47
Pitch and Putt course.
The spacious lounge/dining room has a spiral staircase leading up to a large South facing terrace ideal for all year round sunbathing in complete privacy.
This room is equipped with a high quality music system with CD player and a T.V connected to all the Club's popular UK and European satellite channels including Sky Sports and News and BBC. It also opens out on to the main terrace overlooking the tennis club and golf courses. This terrace enjoys impressive panoramic views over the Tennis and Golf Clubs to the Mar Menor beyond and is equipped with teak furniture and sun loungers as well as a built in BBQ and a "giant" sized fridge/freezer for that stock of ice & liquid refreshment so important in the La Manga Club!
The
main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a separate bathroom serves bedroom two.
This second bedroom has two single beds plus a pull out bed for a fifth guest.
